Feel the Wonder of the Moment


Hi guys, it's been a long time since I updated this blog. Anyway, I just have this time right now and I just want to say- it's time to chill out and relax. Worry less and feel the wonder of the moment.
Give it to yourself.

Well, I remember so many times in the past that I just went out to be alone just to quiet the mind. Others call it relaxing the inner self. I go walking, yup! just walking anywhere quiet. In the fields, at the beach but not to places with too many people around.

I go outside to places where I feel I'm free. Free to feel the air and everything around me. Just like when we're just little children. We go outside thrilled by the raindrops. Thrilled by the waves.
I do it often. It helps me feel that I'm human. Haha!

When I  begin to feel the wonder, I think it's safe to say that there's such a thing as "feeling happy inside" when you go alone to be quiet outside.
